RONALD A. HILL
Area Chairman

Mr. Ronald A. Hill is Area Chairman of AIS Gallagher (previously Aviation Insurance Services). Mr. Hill recognized, in an era of increasing complexities, that a specialized knowledge of the aviation insurance industry was necessary to make the most effective use of his clients' premium dollars. He has been in the aviation insurance industry since his discharge from active duty in the army. He established Aviation Insurance Services in 1977 in Southern California and joined Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc., as a merger partner in December 2010. He is approved by the Tribunal of Lloyds for Binding Authorities, is a founding member of the Aviation Insurance Association and has been the broker for every type of aviation operation from major airlines to single corporate aircraft.

Today he manages the AIS Gallagher offices throughout the United States, which include Chicago, Illinois; Miami and Destin, Florida; Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Hill attended the University of California, Berkeley and is a licensed Private Pilot.

TERESA K. HECKART
Area Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Teresa Heckart is Area Chief Operating Officer of AIS Gallagher, coordinating and managing all accounting and personnel aspects for the offices of AIS Gallagher. She joined AIS Gallagher (previously Aviation Insurance Services) in 1979 and has been actively involved in the insurance industry since 1962.

Ms. Heckart attended El Camino College in California, majoring in Business Law.

BRADLEY A. MEINHARDT
Area President - Managing Director - Aviation Niche

Mr. Bradley A. Meinhardt is Area President and Managing Director of the Aviation Niche at AIS Gallagher. Mr. Meinhardt's responsibilities include providing direct and meaningful advice to a broad range of aviation clientele, establishing strategic sales and service goals for the firm, developing and maintaining underwriting relationships throughout the United States and Europe and serving as key liaison to our London joint venture partners. Mr. Meinhardt obtained his private pilot's license at the age of seventeen and thoroughly enjoys the hand's on approach that is such a necessity within the aviation and aerospace industries.

Mr. Meinhardt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.

Prior to joining AIS Gallagher (previously Aviation Insurance Services), Mr. Meinhardt served as Senior Vice President and Western Regional Manager for Willis Corroon Aerospace (Willis), Assistant Vice President for Johnson & Higgins and Underwriter for Associated Aviation Underwriters (now Global Aerospace) and CIGNA. He has over twenty six years of direct aviation insurance experience.

Mr. Meinhardt is a member of NBAA and HAI and also serves on United States Aviation Underwriter's Customer Advisory Committee.
